Matt is a proponent of Wold’s culture of learning and personal growth. His own career started at Wold as an entry-level mechanical engineer, he went back to school for his M.B.A., and eventually grew to lead the operations of the firm. Matt is passionate about improving every day. His leadership has helped the firm continue to grow and provide opportunities for the next generation of Wold leaders.
