Roger has spent his entire career at Wold, focusing on improving how public facilities function and how they best support the users and the community they serve. Roger has led many of Wold’s most successful projects by collaborating with school districts, municipalities, counties and state entities to create ideal solutions within the means of any given project. Roger enjoys being a resource to our clients and staff and infusing any project, regardless of size, with the collective insight, wisdom and enthusiasm for design that comes with his experience.
