Updates to all of Edina Public Schools' facilities were included in their 2015 bond referendum, which consisted of updating a District-wide media center, special education and flexible learning spaces.
Creek Valley Elementary School was renovated to support special education programming integrated into the learning communities including a small addition, and the media center was reimagined for 21st-century education. The building was reconfigured to create extended learning areas within each classroom pod as well as create a secure entry.
