The Franklin Special District and Wold share a rich and enduring relationship, and the new Central Office is a reflection of that working partnership.
Located on Eddy Lane in central Franklin, Tennessee, the Central Office serves as a 42,000-square-foot hub for the staff and administration of the School District; and the building provides spaces for teachers to collaborate directly District leadership. At the ground level, a nearly 3,000-square-foot indoor space can accommodate District-wide gatherings and school board meetings.
The most important consideration both Franklin Special District and Wold carried throughout the design of the building is the health and comfort of those using the place. Natural light is available to every private office by way of a central fresh-air courtyard, and access to outdoor space is provided at both the ground and green roof-equipped rooftop levels.
