After establishing their campus in the St. Paul Como area for over 100 years, Lyngblomsten’s goal was to develop a second continuum-of-care campus with Wold that will become a vital part of the Lino Lakes community.
The vision was to create a vibrant continuum-of-care campus offering a total of 147 units comprised of independent living, assisted living, and memory care/enhanced care suites/skill nursing care plus complimentary campus amenities, and 20 stand-alone senior living townhomes. Phase I includes 96 independent living units, 20 townhomes, 16 memory care units, 35 assisted living units, and the town center amenity space. Phase II includes the 56-unit skilled nursing community and a clubhouse open to the general public. The project also includes heated underground parking for tenants and a loop trail to promote wellness for the residents as well as the staff.
