Our team partnered with Outagamie County to provide a space needs analysis and pre-design for the Sheriff’s 911 Communications Center. As a result of this work, Wold was retained to design a new 911 communications center to be located adjacent to the existing sheriff’s office facility in Appleton, Wisconsin.
The new facility is approximately 9,300 square feet and accommodates future expansion of their current dispatch operations. An adjacent dispatch training space can be opened up to the communications center floor to allow for overflow dispatch positions during peak events. A large, multi-purpose training room supports a host of sheriff's office functions, as well as other County departments.
