The Richmond Burton High School master plan identifies addition/renovation initiatives to enhance the educational offerings for all students.
Wold assisted with a Facility Master Plan in 2010 diagramming the future potential for the Richmond Burton High School building and campus. In 2020 the Master Plan was updated to include long-range capital needs including HVAC and electrical upgrades, roof replacements, and long-term programmatic needs to address the significant changes in education trends. Based on a change in the enrollment trend, and no longer faced with the possibility of rapid growth, Wold assisted the District to reprioritize the long-term needs of the facility. It was determined that immediate educational needs included renovating the existing learning resource center, providing a turf athletic field, and upgrading the theatrical audio/visual systems in addition to the ongoing capital improvements across the facility.
