Wold provided Tennessee Valley Healthcare System (TVHS) with architectural renovation and cosmetic upgrade design services incorporating contemporary design and operational philosophies for waiting and reception areas for the GI Lab and Cardiology Departments, the adjacent corridors, public toilets, and second floor lobby. Wold's design utilized patient-centric concepts to cultivate a welcoming, healing environment improving patient and staff flow, wayfinding, and accessibility supporting TVHS’ efforts to change from institutional-style healthcare to a healing environment of the future.
